Facilitating the transformation of a 3,970-square-foot model suite office with state-of-the-art construction materials, our premier general contracting company recently delivered a comprehensive renovation.
Our scope of work involved completely removing the old flooring and replacing it with new carpet tiles and vinyl wall base, giving the space a fresh, contemporary look. In collaboration with PC350, we constructed new offices within the suite, featuring PC350 Elite black door frames with glass inserts and wide glass sidelights, enhancing both aesthetic and functionality. The kitchen was upgraded with a high-quality quartz countertop and custom millwork.
Special attention was given to the lighting, electrical system, HVAC, and life safety systems, all of which met the rigorous standards of design engineers, city inspectors, and, most importantly, our client. This renovation underscores our commitment to quality and excellence in every project we undertake.
