Our scope of work included replacing the outdated false ceiling with an open-concept design, spray-painting the entire ceiling for a sleek finish. Ensuring compatibility with all life and safety measures, we installed state-of-the-art fire alarm systems and smoke detectors. The lighting was engineered to provide optimal illumination suitable for an office environment. Additionally, the spacious office now features a full-sized kitchen, designed to cater to the needs of future tenants.
