Verizon Contracting Ltd. is proud to showcase our recent renovation project at Suite 201, located at 90 Matheson Blvd. After multiple contractors bid for the renovation, Verizon Contracting Ltd. was awarded the project and successfully completed it with exceptional craftsmanship.
The renovation included the installation of new drywall ceilings and partitions, modern flooring, and a fresh coat of paint to revitalize the space. We upgraded the HVAC system to ensure it matched the new layout and provided optimal heating and cooling for tenant comfort. Our team also revamped the electrical systems to accommodate the suite’s load requirements.
In collaboration with PC350, we incorporated sleek frames and extensive use of modern glass, adding a contemporary touch to the office. Additionally, we retrofitted the existing suite door and enhanced the entry system by integrating a card reader entry system for improved security.
To further elevate the space, we installed a full-sized kitchen, supplying and installing top-of-the-line kitchen appliances. The kitchen features a modern, custom-made island crafted from high-end quartz, providing both functionality and a stylish centerpiece.
